Institute Memory Pages

Institute Owner

• Institute owner can create and manage their institute, batch, batch_subject, and different memory pages for each subject.
• Each memory page includes:
  1. Notes
  2. Direction to Use Memory Page with practice timing details
  3. List of Question and Answers students need to remember, revise, or practice
  4. Settings for audio language, speed, wait time, etc.

Institute User

• Public users can view institutes, batches, subjects, and memory pages via the homepage tab.
• They can listen to audio notes and interact with RoboTalk for Q&A practice.
• Logged-in users can:
  1. Set user preferences
  2. Record audio/video during RoboTalk sessions and save them
  3. Set access level of recordings as public or group-based

Personal Memory

• Logged-in users can manage categories and multiple memory pages within them.
• Access level can be set as Private or Group-only (no public access).

Personal Groups

• Users can create groups and invite members via email.
• Membership activates only after email verification.
• Group members can view shared memory pages and recordings.
• Creators automatically become group members.
• Members can record RoboTalk sessions and adjust access settings.
• Recordings can only be shared in common groups between memory page and user.

Self Target Management

• Users can define targets with title, purpose, and scheduled work items.
• Email reminders and progress tracking via links.
• Useful for:
  1. Daily habit review
  2. Study and work planning
  3. Developing good habits
  4. Breaking bad habits

Promote and Earn

• Users can share the site with friends to earn rewards.
• Referrals grant free clicks and bonus benefits.
• Referral chains offer rewards to both the inviter and invitee.

• Users can share feedback or suggestions through the “Contact Us” tab, including user reports and topic requests.
